We are seeking a Capital Scout to help secure funding, investment, or liquidity options for our UAE-based startup. This is a performance-based freelance role best suited for professionals with access to angel investors, private capital, or creative funding solutions in the GCC region.

You will work directly with our founder to locate and connect with relevant funding sources including investors, loan providers, or alternative platforms.
Only results matter. Your compensation is tied to funding success.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential funding sources in the UAE and GCC (angels, private lenders, RBF, crowdfunding, etc.)
• Prepare and/or deliver outreach messages to contacts and platforms
• Suggest creative, fast, and realistic ways to unlock capital
• Coordinate communications and follow-ups with leads
• Maintain a tracker of contacted and pending funders
• Work closely with the founder to improve the pitch materials as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fundraising, investment sourcing, or private capital markets
• Existing contacts or access to platforms for GCC-based funding
• Strong English skills (Arabic a plus)
• Comfortable with commission/success-based pay model
• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
• Based in the UAE or GCC preferred (remote is okay)

Compensation:

• No base salary
